We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Professional Services team in Charleston, SC. This role will support financial operations and analysis across our project portfolio, helping to drive informed decision-making, maintain budget discipline, and ensure financial visibility for project and program managers. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Essential Functions

• Monitor and analyze project and contract financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, actuals and variances
• Support monthly and contract financial reporting and reviews
• Collaborate with project managers to track funding, expenditures, and burn rates
• Help ensure compliance and accurate documentation of threshold alerts with internal controls and customer financial requirements
• Prepare clear, professional communications to relevant stakeholders when contract thresholds are met or exceeded
• Review contractual authorizations and modifications
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI-assisted analysis into core finance workflows and reporting
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reporting for leadership visibility
