Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ YEARS Experience in managing large enterprise HCM transformation programs
- Proficiency in overseeing project milestones, budgets, and resources
- Experience with UKG Pro WFM Implementation and Dell Boomi
- Strong knowledge of workforce management processes, including time tracking, scheduling, and compliance
