We are searching for a talented Team Lead - Patient Care Services

Hours : 36hrs

Shift : Day / Evening shift, 7 : 00am - 7 : 00pm, 3 : 00pm - 3 : 00am with weekend and holiday rotation

Location : St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford, MA

Responsibilities

Under direction of individually assigned Manager, Patient Care and / or Director, Patient Services, perform diversified duties both within and in support of the department including leadership, performance review process, daily operations, departmental manpower scheduling , fiscal responsibilities, educational responsibilities, performance improvement , liaison, quality, etc.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors Degree in Nursing or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
  • A minimum of three years related work experience is required; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize technology to document, evaluate and manage patient outcomes.
  • Demonstrated organizational, coordination and time management skills.
  • Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
  • Specialty certification is preferred.
  • Stepdown training within 3 months of hire
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
  • Compensation : Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

    Pay Range

    USD $47.95 - USD $87.98 / Hr.

    Rotation Schedule Requirement

    (ALTERNATE WEEKEND)
