Progressive Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our amazing team in Lake Worth ! If you're passionate about pediatrics, excited to work in specialty clinics like orthotics and wheelchair , and want to grow your career in a supportive, fun environment—this is your opportunity.
You’ll work with children in both clinic and community settings like PPECs, preschools, and early learning centers. Whether you’re just starting out or ready to step into a leadership role, we’re here to support your path forward.
What You’ll Do :
- Provide individualized, evidence-based OT evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients.
- Work in dynamic settings including clinic, community, and specialty programs like orthotics and wheelchair clinics.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful progress.
- Create engaging treatment plans focused on function, independence, and participation.
- Supervise students or assistants, and explore leadership roles if interested.
- Document therapy sessions and outcomes clearly and efficiently.
