Oracle HCM Solutions Architect

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect- HCM Time and Labor.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the implementation of the Oracle HCM Time and Labor module

Organize and execute testing while managing the system integrator / implementation partner

Ensure the development and configuration efforts are on track and provide hands-on support as needed

Required Qualifications

Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Time and Labor module with functional solution architect experience

Understanding of Oracle HCM configuration and testing execution

Experience managing a system integrator / implementation partner

Expertise in the impact of the Time and Labor module on business processes

Familiarity with Accu-Time's TimeCom platform and Oracle HCM Web Clock feature is desirable
