Clinical Leadership & Innovation : The BCBA Clinical Director will oversee the Clinical Supervisor team. They will provide strategic oversight and guidance to Clinical Supervisors who will oversee their team of BCBAs and RBTs / BTs. Clinicians will be the decision makers to ensure the highest quality of ABA therapy across all settings (clinic, home, school, virtual). Develop and implement cutting-edge, evidence-based programs that address the unique needs of our clients.Coaching & Mentorship : Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development by mentoring and coaching BCBAs, fostering their clinical expertise and leadership potential.Strategic Growth & Collaboration : Partner with the leadership team on strategic planning and growth initiatives, expanding our client base and service offerings. Build strong relationships with referral sources, partners, and stakeholders, promoting StepOne's mission and fostering collaboration across the community.Operational Efficiency & Compliance : Champion quality control measures, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and optimizing therapy delivery for maximum client benefit.What We're Looking For :
BCBA certification & PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field2+ years' experience as a Clinical Director with supervisory experience in a clinical leadership role within an ABA clinic setting.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Passion for innovation and a commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.Work Environment
This role requires the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing – including frequent talking, hearing, writing, typing, reading, and significant comprehension. This role may model activities for staff working with young children that will regularly require moving quickly, crouching, and sitting on the floor. The employee frequently is also required to sit, stand, walk briskly, use hands, and reach with arms / hands. Regular and consistent attendance required.
