Your Role

As a Designer at CJ+C, you'll support teams in delivering innovative design projects, applying your foundational skills and creative energy to contribute to projects from concept to completion. With 0-5 years of experience, you're an emerging talent eager to learn and grow in design-driven projects, focusing on user-centered experiences. What You Will Do

Collaborate with the project designer and project teams on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and project execution.

Address complex design challenges with creative and practical solutions.

Engage in all project phases, including conceptual design, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and production.

Work with design teams, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Assist in the management of client expectations, team communication, and coordination with consultants.

Participate in office initiatives, activities, and professional development programs.

Create graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings.

Apply hand-rendering techniques to effectively convey design concepts.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited institution

Actively working towards licensure is a plus

1-5 years of relevant project experience

Skilled in 3D modeling software, Revit + SketchUp, Enscape, and / or other modeling software such as Rhino.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and / or SketchUp

Familiarity with applicable building codes and accessibility standards

Knowledge of sustainable design principles and certifications

Eagerness to build collaborative relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders
