RN CSU Float Pool - Peds

The Clinical Support Unit (CSU) is a dynamic department that provides a high quality float experience to the departments and patients we serve. This requires nurses that are energetic, flexible and willing to support the mission of the organization.

What You Can Expect :

• Full Time Nights (7p-7a)
• You will support three units / skill sets within one service line : Pediatrics, PICU, NICU, or Peds
• The excitement of inter-facility floating (Boise, Meridian, and Nampa)
• Self-scheduling (unit & location will be assigned based on day of operational needs)
• 10% differential - once orientation concludes
• Sign-on Bonus Plus Relocation Assistance Available for new hires

Your time working in the float pool can open up opportunities to expand your skills into any of these areas :

Qualifications :

Education : ASN or BSN Nursing Degree

Experience : 1 year of RN experience; preferably in NICU, PICU, Peds

Licenses / Certifications : Current RN licensure from the State of Practice; current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
