Job Description

As a Security Officer - Retail Site - Full Time in Honolulu, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a retail or mall location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help create a secure environment for customers, tenants, and staff. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will interact with the public and respond to various situations, all while upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
