We’re looking for bilingual (English / Spanish) , high-energy Bussers and Barbacks who can move fast, stay organized, and deliver excellence every shift.

You must :

Have high-volume experience (fast-paced NYC restaurant or bar).

Follow instructions precisely and work well under pressure.

Set, buss, and reset tables quickly with accuracy and care.

Keep the bar and floor clean, stocked, and guest-ready.

Work 5 days a week (including weekends / holidays).

Always follow the JP Playbook — precision, teamwork, and pride in every detail.

• Great approach with our guests; must go above and beyond to make sure our guests leaves with a smile.
• Precisely organizing, preparing a neat work area, with ease of execution.
• Following and complying NYCHD and company sanitation standards.
• Great multi-tasker, and excellence in listening and communication.
• Dress code-wears uniform as prescribed by company standards (current aprons, Jacob's t-shirt, dark blue jeans, black socks and comfortable but professional black footwear)
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
• Flexible schedule and available to work weekends and holidays
