During NCT, you'll have the support of your colleagues and receive coaching from your Training Manager, connecting daily in a virtual classroom. NCT combines group instruction with autonomy to thrive on your own.

Your well-being is our priority. After graduating from NCT, you will have the option to work from home or in a hybrid model environment, with ongoing support from your Manager and team.

What you'll be doing

As an Executive Recruiter, you will be part of a dynamic team focusing on both candidates and clients. You will manage both sides of the desk, helping your clients and candidates thrive!

The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for various clients. This role requires a sense of urgency while focusing on existing clients and identifying new ones, interviewing candidates, and matching them with their dream organizations and careers.

About you

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Technically savvy – interested in learning and implementing new technology.
• Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed.
• Driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
