We have immediate full time openings and are searching for new team members to join our Production Department in Portland as a Line Feeder. These are entry level opportunities that are supported by a team that will train you to perform in our unique environment.

What you can expect to be doing :

• This position is "hands on" and the individual should have a self-starter mindset
• This role ensures continuous workflow, prevents downtime, and maintains inventory accuracy in support of overall production goals
• Stage raw materials to be run at designated production lines according to schedule using a forklift
• Monitor line inventory levels and proactively restock to avoid production delays
• Operate forklifts, or other material-handling equipment as required
• The majority of your shift will involve operating large equipment such as shredders and grinders
• Line Feeders are regularly on their feet, monitoring, adjusting and attentively aware of the equipment they are operating
• Responsible for executing all safety protocols - safety is critical to everyone's success

What we are looking for in our hires :

Our work schedule rotates every 2 weeks : 36 hours one week & 48 hours second week (schedule includes every other weekend)

Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
