Wright Technical Services is proud to represent an innovative Fortune 1000 enterprise for this position. We are seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join our growing team.

This role ensures the seamless functioning of hardware, software, networks, and databases by proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. The IT Operations Analyst works closely with other IT teams to support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of systems, as well as assist in optimizing and improving IT processes.

Qualifications

• BA / BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required; Master's Degree / MBA preferred.
• 5 years of experience implementing disaster recovery operations in a medium-to-large organization.
• Experience leveraging IT Operations and IT Service Management best practices to scale in a large, complex organization.
• Experience in Software Development, IT infrastructure, and Security Operations disciplines.
• Insurance industry experience (preferred)
