Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fleet Mechanic, located in Fairfield, OH. Some work from home is acceptable. The Fleet Mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair tasks on our fleet of heavy equipment. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting issues, ensuring optimal functioning of machinery, and maintaining detailed records of services performed.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair
• Proficiency in handling and maintaining Heavy Equipment
• Strong Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Relevant certifications or technical training is a plus
• Experience in the construction or concrete cutting industry is a plus
