Open to remote work except in South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $214,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $452,000.00 in our highest geographic market. The Senior Director of Technical Product Management is a strategic leader who oversees the full spectrum of platform and technical products that power enterprise-scale systems. This role sets vision and strategy, influences technology direction, and drives enterprise impact through team leadership, innovation, and cross-functional alignment.
Lead and scale a team of Technical Product Managers responsible for building Nike's next-generation data services platform.
Drive the design and development of API-first, Tier-1, business-critical data services that are secure, scalable, and resilient.
Partner with business facing products, engineering, and platform teams to define and execute the technical roadmap for Nike's Lakehouse and Data Mesh strategy.
Champion best practices in data governance, data pipelines, and platform observability.
Foster a culture of Technical Product excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align product led initiatives with Nike's broader business and technology goals.
Manage executive stakeholder relationships and drive alignment on complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Ensure product investments support scalability, resilience, and long-term business agility.
Create and govern frameworks for product lifecycle management, OKRs, and KPIs.
