Business Analyst - Systems Analyst

Duration : 10 / 31 / 2016 - 04 / 01 / 2017

Location : Las Vegas, NV

Rate : $30 / hr

Mandatory Skills and Experience :

• Knowledge of / experience with Windows 7, including setting up PCs from an image, adding users, changing permissions, starting / stopping services, adding / mapping network drives and printers, troubleshooting Windows issues.
• Hardware troubleshooting skills, including printers, physical issues with PCs, and connections.
• Comfortable working with / understanding of PCs on a domain or workgroup.
• Experience with RDP for remote monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willingness and ability to work different shifts, including days, hours, and on-call.
• Ability to walk multiple miles per day.
