Role : SolidWorks Designer (Temp Contract)
Location : Catoosa, OK
Pay Rate Range : $30-33 / hr

Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to translate customer orders into detailed blueprints and 3D drawings.
- Develop and modify mechanical designs using SolidWorks and DriveWorks Automation tools.
- Prepare and submit finalized drawings to the production shop for fabrication.
- Ensure design accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to client specifications.
- Support ongoing projects as the design team continues to expand due to company growth.
Requirements : Must-Haves
3+ years of mechanical drafting or design experience.Proficiency in 3D SolidWorks (recent, hands-on experience required).Experience with DriveWorks Automation .Strong mechanical drafting skills — candidates with less experience may still be considered if skillset aligns.Background in manufacturing or oil and gas environments strongly preferred.Nice-to-Haves
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.Why choose Addison IT?
