Sales Representative
Provide prompt, dependable, high-quality sales to customers by using proactive feature-benefit sales techniques.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
1. Sales Department :
- Attain new and used sales quotas as agreed upon with the sales manager.
- Use floor time effectively to meet customers needs and solicit sales of all products.
- Present features and benefits of products to customers.
- Maintain the computerized inventory control system along with net profit objectives.
- Cross sell additional parts, accessories, and extended warranties with all products offered.
- Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales.
- Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork.
- Introduce customers to the Service and Parts dept personnel.
- Keep an orderly showroom, including the detailing of units on the showroom as needed.
- Provide accurate presentation of financing options for customers.
- Ensure units are fitted with the proper accessories, and unit is in proper condition before the customer takes delivery.
2. Customer Service :
Greet customers immediately in a friendly and courteous manner.Handle telephone transactions courteously and friendly, with strong consideration for customers time.Ensure customers are properly qualified for needs, wants, and ability to buy.Attend periodic training to keep current with sales techniques and product updates.Cultivate prospects with customer follow-up via phone calls, past owners, etc.3. Other Duties as assigned :

Must have the ability to get along with a broad customer base.High Energy level.Excellent communication skills and demonstrated closing skills.Knowledge and experience with sales of powersports products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to learn quickly.Must be able to work effectively with all areas of the dealership to maximize the buying experience for the customer and the profitability of the dealership.Physical Demands :
The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.Requires the ability to operate ATV, SxS, and Motorcycles.Spend the majority of the day on your feet.Working conditions :
Potentially exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaners and other toxic materials commonly found in a powersports dealership.Occasionally exposed to exhaust fumes and other airborne particles.Work Type : Monday to Saturday, hours varying from 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm
