Key Responsibilities :
Ensure smooth and efficient patient flow throughout the clinicRecord vital signs, review patient medical histories, and update information in the EMR systemDocument patient communications and electronically prescribe medications under physician supervisionAct as a liaison between patients and providers, ensuring clear and compassionate communicationPrepare, stock, and sanitize exam rooms and equipment in compliance with OSHA standardsRespond to patient inquiries and assist with scheduling appointments, surgeries, and referralsFollow up on test results, medication authorizations, and post-operative care instructionsAssist physicians with in-office procedures as neededParticipating in team meetings and ongoing training opportunitiesPerform additional duties as assigned by the Office SupervisorWhy Work with Us?

Requirements
Excellent multitasking, time management, and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilityAt least 6 months of experience in a medical office settingPrior surgical experience preferred.
