Sage House is a licensed 16-bed mental health rehabilitation center (MHRC) serving San Mateo County residents, 18-59, with long histories of mental illness and multiple episodes of acute psychiatric hospitalization.

Shifts Available :

Full Time 1.0; AM Shift; 8 : 00am- 4 : 30pm Monday - Friday

Minimum Compensation : $29.5790 to $36.52

MISSION STATEMENT

Telecare will deliver and manage excellent services and systems of care for persons with serious mental illness.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Rehabilitation Therapist provides rehabilitation therapy services to clients, both on an individual and group basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational, Recreational, Music, Dance, Drama or Art Therapy or Vocational Counseling, license / registration commensurate with degree, and one (1) year of experience in a mental health setting.

OR

A Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science or other related field and four (4) years of experience in a mental health setting. Up to two years of graduate professional education may be substituted for the experience requirement on a year-to-year basis. Up to two years of post-associate arts clinical experience may be substituted for the required educational experience in addition to the requirement of four years' experience in a mental health setting.

A valid Class II California Drivers License and insurability may be required. Criminal justice clearance and education verification are required.
