Position : Med / Surg Registered Nurse (RN)

Location : Denton, Texas 76210 (Dallas-Fort Worth area)

Employment Type : Travel Nursing Contract

Start Date : December 22, 2025

End Date : March 23, 2026

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)

Hours per Week : 36

Weekly Estimated Pay : $1,260 - $1,350

On-Site Position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active and unencumbered RN license in Texas or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg nursing experience

BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Med / Surg RN Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to medical-surgical patients

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment

Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and support staff for optimal patient outcomes

Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with procedures

Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge instructions

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
