Director or Rehabilitation

The Meadows Post Acute  is a welcoming Five Star facility staffed by compassionate professionals with expertise in rehabilitation. We understand that when a loved one is in need of rehabilitation after a hospitalization, it can be a stressful time for families.

Our goal is to make the transition as easy as possible for our patients and their families, and to keep them informed of progress.

Our staff includes a diverse group of therapists who are committed to helping our patients return to their best selves. We are currently searching for a Director of Rehabilition (DOR) and invite you to come see our facility and meet our team.

As the Director of Rehab at The Meadows, you will be accountable for the daily rehabilitation operations of the facility, including :

• Scheduling, supervising and providing guidance to all rehab personnel within the facility
• Participating in the development of quality interdisciplinary treatment programs that meet the residents' needs
• Providing direction to therapy personnel in the implementation of treatment programs with ongoing reviews to ensure consistency and effectiveness within regulatory guidelines
• Attending and participating in rehabilitation and operation meetings as assigned
• Coordinating recruiting and staffing needs of the facility with the Administrator, Director of Staff Development, and Rehab Resource Consultant.

Moreover, your duties include staffing, training, and administrative oversight of all therapy personnel working in the particular area. The DOR is also responsible for the overall delivery of therapeutic services, including program development, integration and delivery, and documentation and denials management. This encompasses active participation in patient treatments.
