  • Employment Type : Travel RN Contract\n
  • Assignment Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 5 / 2025 – End : 3 / 6 / 2026)\n
  • Shift : Night, 3x12-hour shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)\n
  • Hours per Week : 36\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1800-$1840\n
  • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Pediatric ICU nursing experience required\n
  • Clinical experience in epilepsy monitoring and specialized pediatric care (patients up to 25 years old)\n
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or Compact State – Ohio healthcare jobs\n
  • Certifications : AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS (all current)\n
  • Proficient in EKGs and inotrope administration\n
  • NIHHS certification preferred\n
  • One supervisory reference in pediatric specialty required (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director)\n
  • Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation\n
  • Ability to work at least every other holiday\n
  • \n\nPediatric ICU RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric ICU patients\n
  • Monitor and manage epilepsy and neurological conditions\n
  • Administer medications, including inotropes, and perform EKGs\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Participate in orientation assessments and ongoing clinical education\n
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies\n
  • Deliver compassionate support to pediatric patients and their families\n
