WHO WE ARE  We are a high-growth residential exteriors contractor delivering roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. We operate at scale with a relentless focus on delivering projects on time and on budget, margin discipline, and partnership loyalty.

THE ROLE  As Project Executive – Residential Sales (Insurance & Retail), you are a full-cycle sales machine : you self-generate, estimate, sell, and oversee production to close $2.5M personal volume at 40% gross profit annually. You hunt storm leads, close insurance claims, and upsell retail remodels — all while protecting margins and limiting callbacks.

WHO YOU ARE

• 3-7 years selling roofing / insurance restoration in hail / wind markets. You've closed $1.5M+ personally in a single season
• You write, supplement, and win on approved scopes and supplementing work
• Proven ability to upsell full exteriors from a roof claim
• You generate leads through networking, hailtrace, and door knocking efforts
• Fluent in JobNimbus or Acculynx, CompanyCam, EagleView, and xActimate
• Self Starter with a clean record
