Key Responsibilities
Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and track learning metrics
Coordinate onboarding processes and maintain checklists for new hires
Support talent acquisition by managing interview processes and documentation
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in People Operations, Talent Development, or Recruiting coordination
Strong operational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
Proficiency in configuring LMS and maintaining HRIS data
Experience with project coordination and data management
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
