We are excited to offera fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Family MedicinePhysician (or IM / Peds) to join an advanced primary care clinic in South Bend,Indiana. In this role, youll provide comprehensive primary care services,manage chronic conditions, and advocate for health and wellness in anemployer-sponsored environment. If you are passionate about prioritizingpatient care and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the idealposition for you!

Highlights :

• Manage only 10-17 patients per day
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
• Predictable workweek with phone-only call
• Fewer administrative tasks
• $270,000 - $285,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)
• Annual bonus
• $15,000 sign-on bonus
• Benefits include 5 weeks PTO, malpractice on day one, health / dental, paid vacation, CME, matching 401k, and retirement
