Compliance Data Analyst

As a Compliance Data Analyst at IMC you will manage day-to-day compliance data support analysis functions and compliance initiatives. You will also :

• Serve as the first line of defense in keeping our business compliant. This means youll maintain accurate organized and current compliance records that allow the Firm to respond quickly to any inquiry or audit.
• Work with a wide variety of data on a massive scale investigating and solving data-driven problems using a modern data science approach.
• Analyze and compile data into meaningful summaries identify trends promptly and share findings with the team.
• Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams particularly IT Systems to create solutions across multiple departments and improve quality and efficiency.
• Have access to extensive internal technical training and skills development programs; come hungry to learn.
• Work as part of a team and independently. You should be able to work through a problem and come to a solution on your own through asking great questions and doing research. An analytical and inquisitive mind is essential to your success.

The Base Salary range for the role is included below. Base salary is only one component of total compensation; all full-time permanent positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits including paid leave and visit Benefits - US IMC Trading for more comprehensive information.
