Overview
Intermountain Home Services is seeking a versatile and detail-driven UX / UI & Print + Digital Designer to support the creative execution of multi-brand marketing and product initiatives. In this hybrid role, you'll create clean, user-friendly web interfaces while also developing digital ad assets, marketing collateral, and branded print materials. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing, digital, and development teams to ensure every design solution is both functional and visually aligned with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and digital tools
- Collaborate on wireframes and user flows to ensure seamless experiences across devices
- Create print and digital marketing assets, including brochures, signage, social ads, email graphics, and more
- Translate brand guidelines into consistent visuals across digital and offline materials
- Prepare press-ready print files and oversee file setup for digital and large-format production
- Contribute to A / B testing creative and implementing feedback for iterative improvements
- Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, developers, and external vendors
- Maintain organized design files, naming conventions, and version control
- Help refine design systems, templates, and creative processes across the team

3–5 years of professional design experience in both UX / UI and print / digital creativeProficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and CanvaExperience designing responsive websites, email templates, and digital adsWorking knowledge of UX best practices and design accessibility standardsStrong understanding of file setup for print and production workflowsFamiliarity with basic front-end concepts (HTML / CSS) is a plusPortfolio required demonstrating relevant UX, print, and digital design workMust pass background check and drug screeningWhat Sets Us Apart
