A company is looking for a Customer Care Services - Senior Process Associate - German - Remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Technical Service Organization and ensure customer satisfaction
Process service requests, manage orders, and develop analytical reports for stakeholders
Coordinate with field teams to monitor and resolve alerts, ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Fluency in English and German; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
Experience in customer service, particularly in the lab or medical device sector
Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel; familiarity with ServiceMax is advantageous
