A company is looking for an HR Manager Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire HR value chain including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, engagement, compensation, compliance, and culture development
Partner with executives and department heads to align hiring processes with a high-performance, innovation-driven culture
Build the people infrastructure as the team scales from 12 to 40+ employees
Required Qualifications
7-15+ years of experience in HR generalist roles, including USA employment law, payroll, and compliance
Proven success in hiring and retaining talent in high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto environments
Strong network and relationships with talent in quantitative trading, technology, data science, and digital finance
Confident and proactive communicator able to influence at all levels
Experience working in dynamic, distributed (remote + hybrid) team environments
