Director of Nursing Cath Lab & Interventional Services. $20000 Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead patient care services and hospital operations in Interventional Radiology and the Cardiac Cath Lab . This role will be responsible for achieving strategic and operational goals , ensuring quality patient care, efficient resource management, and team leadership within a patient- and family-centered care environment .

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide inter-professional leadership to drive quality care and services .
• Utilize the ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Administration to maintain best practices .
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Lead and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency .
• Maintain competency in leadership, collaboration, and communication based on American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) standards .
• Utilize participative management to plan, innovate, and coordinate patient care programs .
• Manage human and fiscal resources to maintain staffing, budgeting, and operational excellence .
• Promote a shared governance framework , fostering a culture of teamwork and professional development .
