Locum Tenens Opportunity for Emergency Medicine Physicians Near Kyle, TX

  • Specialty : Emergency Medicine

Shift Schedule :

  • Shift Descriptions :

    • 6 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

  • 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
  • 2 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM
  • 3 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM
  • 6 : 00 PM - 3 : 00 AM
  • 9 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM
  • Weekend Requirements : Yes
  • On-Call Requirements : No

    • Mandatory Job Requirements :

  • Residency : Successful completion of an approved ACGME or AOA-accredited postgraduate training program in Emergency Medicine or Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years of current experience in an Emergency Department with a pediatric services annual census of 10,000 patients or greater.
  • Board Certification : Must be Board Certified in emergency medicine or pediatric emergency medicine.
  • Life Certifications :

    • ATLS Certification required.

  • CME : Completion of 24 months of Continuing Medical Education.
  • Ultrasound Training : Completion of an on-site training course with a minimum of 16 hours of CME.
  • Case Logs : Documentation of 24 months of case logs.
  • CV Requirements : Must have Work and Hospital affiliations listed separately, with Month / Year format.

    • Certification Requirements :

  • ATLS Certification
  • BLS Certification
  • Board Certification in Emergency Medicine or Pediatric Emergency Medicine
  • DEA License
  • PALS Certification

    • License Requirements :

  • Texas Medical License

    We are currently seeking three experienced Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team near Kyle, TX. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in emergency medicine and be able to handle varied shifts including weekends.
