A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative - Debt Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Contact warm leads daily and utilize a consultative selling approach to educate potential members on debt resolution programs

Complete applications, pull credit, and collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process

Meet or exceed sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

1 year or more of successful call center sales experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience making outbound calls to warm leads

Strong understanding of a consultative sales process with a track record of exceeding sales goals

Ability to manage schedules and lead databases effectively to meet metrics and goals
