Responsibilities
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments, managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. They set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver great customer experience, that sales promotions are executed correctly, and that all staff are trained. The Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for best service.
The Kitchen Department Manager ensures high quality food delivery, food safety, cost control, and staff training in production procedures.
The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, trains and schedules them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, and provides recognition and motivation.
