Exciting Opportunity with Banyan Treatment Centers!

We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Lead Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide essential peer and operational support to our patients during their recovery journey. As a Lead BHT, you'll serve as the shift's main point of contact alongside the DOO and will spend the most time with our patients and play an important role in fostering trust and connection while ensuring patient safety at all times.

Position Details :

• Reporting to : Director of Operations
• Schedule : Full-time, five 8-hour shifts per week
• Location : Gilman, IL
