A company is looking for a Vice President, Sales Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the sales roadmap for the Americas, achieving revenue and profitability objectives
Lead and develop the Account Executive and Account Manager teams to build and expand client relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the sales plan and drive additional growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred
12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, particularly in DevOps, agility, and / or security
8+ years of experience managing sales teams and individual contributors
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive them to completion
Strong financial and budgetary skills
