We are seeking full-time Family Practice Physicians with OB capabilities to join a collaborative network of clinics, providing patient-centered, team-based care. Physicians will benefit from a flexible schedule, averaging 20 patients per day with excellent support staff. The position offers a competitive compensation package, including income guarantees and bonuses, within a supportive environment focused on diverse patient needs.

Clinics Overview

• Monday through Friday (no weekends) with some schedule flexibility and options for a 4-day work week.
• Call 1 weekday every 1–2 months, 1 weekend a year complemented by RNs taking first calls
• Patients per day : 20 average
• Provider to MA ratio : minimum 1 : 1.5
• E-consult capability
• Multispecialty clinics throughout our service area
• Phlebotomists on site

Qualifications

Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority

Compensation

Compensation Range - $270,000 - $490,000

Our plan includes an income guarantee, wRVU bonus incentive, sign-on bonus, reimbursement toward moving expenses for qualified individuals and generous vacation, sick and holiday time off.
