YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A BARBERSHOP LEAD

This is a full-time management role. Our busiest times are evenings and weekends , so flexibility is key. You'll work a schedule that supports your barbers and stylists and meets client demand.

You'll manage daily operations, coach your barbers and stylists, oversee inventory and financials, and collaborate with district leaders to keep everything running smoothly.
