Responsibilities Work in a hospital setting as a Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist Primarily scheduled for 12-hour shifts with weekend coverage starting at 7 a.m. Duties may include on-call coverage as needed Operate CT and X-ray equipment from Philips, Toshiba, and Canon Assess and position patients, review orders, and tailor technical factors for high-quality imaging Assist physicians during procedures with room preparation, supplies, and managing contrast reactions Responsible for scheduling and independently completing exams while ensuring proper charge codes Supports patient safety by consistently minimizing unnecessary radiation exposure Collaborates with physicians and healthcare team members as part of daily responsibilities May be required to respond to procedural codes and manage contrast reactions First-time travelers will be considered for this assignment Requirements Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience as a CT Technologist in a U.S. hospital setting Completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program and Associate's Degree or equivalent Active ARRT and state CT license with active Fluoroscopy required (license required if applicable) AHA BLS certification required CPI certification mandated Experience with Philips, Toshiba, and Canon CT scanners required Must live at least 100 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted Must provide two manager or supervisor references, with at least one from the most recent employer Valid U.S. Social Security Number required for consideration No pending licenses accepted Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-602573.
