Toppan Merrill has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Benefits Analyst to join our St Paul, MN team. You will manage US and international (UK) benefit offerings, plans, compliance, and programs to align with the organization's strategy.
Job Responsibilities
About You
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of benefits-related experience. Minimum 2 years of benefit analyst-related experience. Extensive 401(k) administrator and audit experience. Experience in reviewing plan documents and service agreements, filing 5500s and annual PPACA reporting. Proficiency in working with technical platforms for data set up, troubleshooting, and reporting on data or metrics; demonstrates initiative to learn new data and technology skills. Up to 8 bullets max.
