Senior Real Estate Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team and lead the real estate portfolio strategy, transactions and lease administration function to ensure that our portfolio continues to provide a workplace that is optimized for Intuit's hybrid work model. This role is critical in shaping our footprint strategy by aligning real estate decisions with Intuit's Workforce Strategy and long-term business objectives. The Senior Real Estate Manager is responsible for leading a team and driving execution of real estate portfolio strategy, transactions and administration across Intuit's multi-million square foot real global estate portfolio. The role will report to the Director of Global Real Estate.
Responsibilities include :
- Develop and oversee execution of global real estate strategy in collaboration with key leaders to ensure the real estate portfolio is aligned with company's overall strategy in all aspects of site selection, acquisition, and disposition.
- Manage budget compliance for the global real estate portfolio, partnering with Finance and Accounting teams on budgeting, variance reporting, and monthly financial reviews.
- Own business outcomes in your area, taking extreme ownership for results and setting a high bar for your team.
- Ensure end-to-end assessment and inclusion of factors impacting real estate transactions and projects, planning and executing to deliver integrated and agile solutions.
- Lead end-to-end execution of all types of transactions (acquisition / disposition, owned / leased), from strategy and RFPs through lease negotiation, detailed review, approvals, and signing.
- Integrate knowledge of architectural / engineering / legal / financial / talent into decisions, collaborating cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, Design & Construction, Occupancy Planning, Workplace Services and other teams) to align lease terms with strategic and operational needs.
- Manage Lease Administration team to ensure a high level of accuracy on reporting, tracking key days and compliance.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, scenario-planning, and to streamline lease review, financial modeling, and portfolio reporting.
- Support sustainability initiatives by ensuring lease requirements align with Intuit's environmental goals.
- Manage relationships and performance of key external partners, including brokers, landlords, developers, and service providers.

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration or related fields. Equivalent experience will be considered.Experience : 10+ years of corporate real estate, corporate finance, portfolio strategy & transaction management. In-house experience is strongly preferred.Demonstrated leadership experience of cross functional alignment of real estate strategy planning.Highly proficient real estate acumen, including complex lease transactions, financial analysis, and portfolio management, as well as familiarity with lease accounting (Cash flow & P&L Impacts).Proficient in software platforms (Google Suite) and typical lease management platforms.Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills to successfully work with a variety of business leaders and stakeholders both within and external to the organization.High degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously as well as being proactive utilizing good judgment and decision-making skills.Change leadership : Possess the ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances and thrive in a constantly changing business environment.Proven ability to create clear deliverables for executive decision-making.Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve ambiguity and independently solve complex issues.Demonstrated drive to work in a fast-paced environment.Travel : Ability to travel globally requiredIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. The expected base pay range for this position is : Bay Area California $183,000 - 215,222 EOE AA M / F / Vet / Disability.
