: The hospitalist opportunity with University Health System -4-14 Shifts per Month- 12 Hour Shifts- Self SchedulingSoft patient cap 18 per shift-Hospitalist Group to Grow to 17- 5 Physicians on Each Shift-190 Bed Acute Care Not for Profit Hospital-11 Bed ICU- Intensivist on Staff-Affiliated with Leading Major Academic Healthcare System : Hospitalist need of night and day coverage, no procedures required. -Shifts : 5 block shifts, 10-14 shifts per month-Rounding physicians - 4 on per day (Admitting physicians 12 hr shifts - 9am - 9pm)-ED takes care of codes-ICU covered 24 / 7 by pulmonologist, they do have an open ICU so the locums provider can follow their patients into the ICU but it is not required. Pud on staff 24 / 7 -Volume : Goal No more than covering 18 patients per provider-EMR : Meditech -Location : Coastal, Northern California-Temp privileges take 30 days
