Customer Service Representative
Location : North Scottsdale, AZ
Pay : $25 / hour
We are seeking a motivated recent college graduate to join our import customer service team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a GPA of 3.0 or higher who are eager to start a career in the shipping and logistics industry.
Responsibilities :
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status, delivery timelines, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the outside sales team to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Track incoming shipments, including port arrivals and trucking schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all deliveries align with contractual obligations.
- Support internal teams by resolving customer inquiries and ensuring service excellence.
