Your role as a Culinary Operations Manager involves:
- Collaborating closely with the General Manager and fellow management team members.
- Embodying the WingHouse® philosophy and imparting it to both employees and customers.
- Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, sanitation guidelines, food specifications, and safety protocols in the Back of House (BOH).
- Mastering all kitchen stations and training staff effectively on each position.
- Supervising your shift to maintain a high-performing kitchen environment.
- Managing inventory and controlling food costs effectively.
- Executing precise food orders and maintaining par levels.
- Meeting BOH labor goals consistently.
- Maintaining all kitchen equipment in good working order.
- Fostering a motivated and satisfied team.
Requirements:
- Current ServSafe and Food Handling Management Certification.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local regulations.
