Denials Management Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily denials management functions, including appeals, billing, and audit responses

Analyze data to identify root causes of denials and implement process improvements

Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize claims reimbursement and monitor team performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

3 years of work experience required

3 years of leadership experience required

Strong understanding of payer reimbursement and denial functions

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
