As Senior Manager of Media and NPP, you will play a vital role in advancing the brand by implementing innovative digital solutions to educate healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients living with Myeloma. You will lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital strategies aimed at enhancing brand equity and fostering customer loyalty. Key responsibilities include digital strategy and execution, media strategy and planning for HCP and direct-to-consumer (DTC) audiences, agency and budget management, and the development and implementation of digital campaign plans. This involves optimizing media performance, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while delivering best-in-class marketing capabilities.
In addition to leading media and digital initiatives, this role requires operational management for the Brand Team. You will coordinate and track major project milestones, budgets, and key performance indicators (critical metrics) to ensure the timely and effective execution of marketing priorities. Serving as the primary point of contact for internal cross-functional teams and external partners, you will ensure strategic and operational alignment across major workstreams. You will also play a key role in identifying and addressing operational challenges, driving process improvements, and fostering collaboration within the Brand Team.
