Job Description
Americas Real Estate Services (ARES), the internal corporate real estate department of AECOM, leads transaction management and reporting, lease administration, construction and project management, workplace and facilities management, and general real estate processes and policies reporting into the Vice President, Head of Real Estate and Facilities. AECOM is looking for a dynamic Portfolio / Transaction Management leader to oversee its portfolio / transaction management for approximately 3.5M square feet of leased office space. Managing a team of Real Estate Managers, Transaction Coordinators, and Lease Administration, the Director of Americas Real Estate Portfolio / Transaction Management will have responsibility across all phases of transaction management. Through collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers, the role will be responsible for developing and managing the pipeline in alignment with critical date driven portfolio strategies.
This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include a combination of both in-office presence and telecommute / virtual work and can be based from locations within California or Texas.
