Internship Program
PACCAR is searching for talented individuals to join our 2026 Summer Accounting Internship Program! The Accounting Internship Program will place selected candidates with our Corporate Accounting teams in Bellevue, WA. The intern will focus on external / financial reporting processes, with additional opportunities to gain exposure to related functions such as general accounting, A / P, and forecast.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
The internship is scheduled to begin in May or June 2026. Job functions include : Participate in the preparation of quarterly SEC filings, including compiling and consolidating of financial data from multiple divisions, reviewing workpapers for completeness and accuracy, proofreading drafts of financial statements, assist in the preparation of month-end financial closing procedures and forecast, including preparation of journal entries and reconciliations. Support A / P function with invoice processing. Engage in continuous process improvements projects. Contribute to additional projects that provide financial analysis to support management's decision-making.
Qualifications / Skills
Qualifications include : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail; proofreading experience is a plus, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, highly organized with strong time management skills, self-motivated and resourceful; able to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrates professionalism in all interactions, analytical mindset with critical thinking capabilities, comfortable working in fast-paced environments with a sense of urgency.
Education
Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduation program, preferably sophomore, junior or senior standing.
