Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center is seeking a full time Physical Therapist Assistant to join their dynamic rehabilitation team. At Novant Health, Physical Therapist Assistants provide therapy services consistent with licensure under the direction and supervision of a licensed therapist and functions as part of an interdisciplinary team. Qualifications :

  • Education : High School Diploma or GD, required. Graduate from an accredited PT assistant program, required.
  • Licensure / Certification : Appropriate state PT assistant license, required.
