JOB DESCRIPTION\nJob Description\nBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required.\nApplicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.\nThis part-time nursing position supports K-12 students in a school setting, providing essential health services within an educational environment.\nThe role involves collaboration with special education and general education students, contributing to individualized education program (IEP) processes, and maintaining detailed health records.\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Deliver general nursing care to students, addressing immediate health needs and managing ongoing conditions.\n
• Collaborate with special education and general education staff to support students' health requirements.\n
• Assist in the development and implementation of health plans tailored to individual student needs.\n
• Maintain accurate health records and required documentation in pliance with school policies.\n
• Participate in IEP meetings to provide nursing insights and support prehensive student care.\n
• Monitor student health trends and municate with families and school personnel as necessary.\nQualifications and Experience : \n
• Current Minnesota School Nurse License required.\n
• Registered Nurse (RN) with licensure to practice in Minnesota.\n
• Experience working in school nursing or with pediatric populations preferred.\n
• Familiarity with special education processes and IEP documentation.\n
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining health records.\n
• Ability to work part-time, 8-12 hours per week, with flexibility for school calendar.\nLocation : \n
